True North Thinking Operations Management Coaching is a Toyota Production System (TPS)/ Lean thinking organization of former Toyota managers, engineers, and specialists. We are lifelong students, coaches, and managers in the Toyota Production System. Each TPS/Lean Transformation engagement is our opportunity to continuously develop and deepen our understanding of the Toyota Production System. Our experiences are from many diverse industries, products, companies, and countries around the world. We have developed transformations for product mixes with long and short lead times, high-volume-low-variety, and low-variety-high-volume.
